FedEx ground shipping is free only for online orders $99 and over within the 48 lower contiguous United States.

All in-stock orders ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please call 1-888-462-9502 to request expedited shipping.

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping fees. If the final cost of shipping exceeds what is shown after the online checkout, you will be contacted to discuss the additional charge and request for payment.

Street addresses are required

We currently ship most orders to U.S. destinations via FedEx ground service to business addresses. We cannot ship to PO boxes because FedEx will not deliver to them. If you need expedited freight service on an item, contact us at 888-462-9502 for assistance. Additional charges will apply.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your AED, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.   For supplies return (batteries, electrodes, cables) – All items must be in the original unopened condition and returned within one week of RMA issue.  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-462-9502 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note: used or opened disposable items like electrode pads and batteries cannot be refunded.
